The reed or long-tailed cormorant is found throughout Tanzania usually on sheltered waterways. The upper 2 photos were taken at Lukuba (1-14); the third row photo, in the Okavango delta (3-16). The 4th row (Lake Naivasha, 1-17) and left 5th row juvenile (Lake Nakuru, 1-17) photos are courtesy of Karine Van der Vurst. The right lower immature was at Pembe Abwe (12-07).
