The grey cuckooshrike is larger and more slender than the similar white-eyed slaty flycatcher and often has a less prominent eye ring. The left upper bird was seen in the Nou Forest (-12); the right upper, in the Olorien Forest (10-09); the left lower, in the Udzungwa Mountains (7-07), courtesy of Dr. Louis A.
