The African shrike-flycatcher is uncommon in the canopies of old growth and secondary forests in northwestern Tanzania. The male (upper photo) was photographed in the Minziro FR (8-06). The female (lower 2 photos) was also seen in the Minziro FR (7-16), courtesy of Per Holmen.
