An aggressive scavenger, the yellow-billed kite ate the photographer's lunch! For comments on separating the yellow-billed and black-billed kites click the 'Safari Ecology' and 'Read more' links. The immature in the second row was seen at Simba A camp in Ngorongoro Crater in a tree with several adult yellow-billed kites (1-14).
