The chestnut-fronted helmit-shrike is locally common, usually in groups, sometimes mixed flocks, in coastal forest canopy and wood;land. This upper photograph was taken in the Amani NR (12-14), courtesy of Per Holmen. The lower photos were taken at Msumbugwe (left, 12-13) and Amani (12-13).
