The northern puffack range includes northwestern Tanzania. It is uncommon in dry woodland and acacia country. The upper male was in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest NP-Uganda (1-23), courtesy of Karine Van der Vurst. The other three males were seen at Bukoba (2-11), courtesy of Steve Clark; the right lower female, at Lake Baringo-Kenya (7-18), courtesy of Per Holmen.
