The willow warbler is a palearctic migrant found throughout sub-saharan Africa. The left lower photo is ssp. acredula, photographed in Lukuba (9-10), courtesy of Valéry Schollaert. The top bird was seen at Kekasio (3-13), courtesy of Paul Oliver; the second row bird, at Mwiba (1-17). The next four photos are ssp. yakutensis, seen in Pembe Abwe (4-10).
