The rufous-tailed weaver is a northern Tanzanian endemic. The juveniles were seen at Naabi Gate (upper row, 10-06) and the immature, on the Mbulu Plateau (right 2nd row, 1-08). The adults were seen in the Serengeti, Tarangire, Oljoro and Yaida Valley. Click the photo above to see enlargements.
