The pale white-eye is endemic to northeastern Africa. The nest was photographed in Mkomazi NP (12-20), courtesy of Kim Axmann. The right 3rd row bird was at Machame (9-20), courtesy of Bob Kasworm. Most of the others were taken as the birds were feeding on insects in acacia trees: the upper four photos, in Ilboru (9-08); the next four, in Olasiti (11-07). The bird in flight was in Ngare Naibor (1-12) and the bird above, in Tarangire (11-08); click it to see 13 enlargements.
