The African black-headed oriole is common throughout Tanzania especially in forest and forest edges. Note the black eye and black bill in the immatures. The nest was photographed in Mkomazi NP (3-20), courtesy of Kim Axmann. The other photos were taken in the Suledo FR, Olasiti, TGT-Arusha and Tarangire.
