The spot-throat or spot-throated modulatrix is endemic to the forests of the Eastern Arc mountains. The upper photo was taken in the Magamba Forest (9-23), courtesy of Per Holmen. The middle and lower photos and the some of the xeno-canto recordings were recorded in the Udzungwa Mountains by Dr. Louis A. Hansen.
