Temminck's stint is an uncommonly seen palearctic migrant. The upper bird was in the Big Marsh at Ndutu (3-10), courtesy of Paul Oliver. The lower 2 photos were taken in Tarangire (11-14). Note the plain back, grey head, neck and upper breast and the yellow-green legs (see insert, lower photo). Also shown is a wood sandpiper in the upper right photo.
