South Pare White-eye

The South Pare white-eye is endemic to the South Pare mountains of northeastern Tanzania where it is the only white-eye. The distinguishing characteristics are the eye-ring which is narrower than in the montane white-eye and the grey color below. The right upper photo (7-15) is courtesy of Per Holmen. The three other photos were taken at Chome (3-16), all in the South Pare mountains.
