The upper and right 2nd row oriole finch male was seen at Ngorongoro Crater (5-07). The left 2nd row male was at Magamba-West Usambaras (8-17) and the 3rd row female, at Castle Forest-Kenya (7-18), courtesy of Per Holmen. The lower adult pair (female, left) is courtesy of Dr. Louis A. Hansen who noted: subspecies: ?new; the collar and other characters do not fit well with the described subspecies.
