Rüppell's starling, also called Rüppell's long-tailed or glossy starling, is seen in northern and western Tanzania. Note the white eye and long graduated tail. The immature (slideshow #1 & 4) is browner and has dark eyes. All of these photos were taken in the Serengeti. The top photo is courtesy of Eric Simon.
