Usually seen in pairs or small groups, the cape teal distribution is from the Sudan to South Africa. The flight photo was taken at Big Momela-Arusha NP (11-17), courtesy of Claude Melde. The 4th & 5th row photos were taken in the Serengeti (2-17) and at Lake Natron (2-15), both courtesy of Paul Oliver. The lower family panorama is also courtesy of Paul Oliver.
