The northern wheatear is a palearctic migrant. They have been tracked from Alaska and the Baffin Islands to East Africa. The top bird was seen near Mkomazi (1-21), courtesy of Per Holmen. The next photos were taken at Lake Eyasi (2-08), courtesy of Karine Van der Vurst. The immature was at Ngorongoro (1-09) and the right 3rd row bird was at Nyamalumbwa (10-10).
