The terrestrial brownbul differs from the northern brownbul by being larger (bulkier and longer), having reddish-brown eyes vs. brown eyes, having a white chin vs. light brown chin and being earth brown above without russet overtones (see comparison photos above). The upper two photos were taken at Gunga Hedaru-Pangani River (8-22). The 3rd row photo was taken in the Okavango Delta (9-08), courtesy of Mike Graham.
