The yellow-crowned canary is common at forest edge, bush, moor, bamboo and gardens at higher elevations. The upper photo of an adult and immature and the right 3rd row photo were taken in Kitulo NP (1-17); the 2nd row adult, at Engusero Sambu Forest-Loliondo (5-20); and the left 3rd row (Aberdare NP-Kenya, 7-18) and both lower photos (Kitulo NP, 12-20) are courtesy of Per Holmen.
