The upper four images of a pair of northern crombecs feeding a Klaas's cuckoo were taken at Makat (3-12), courtesy of Paul Oliver. 'The 3rd row photo was taken in Kikuletwa (3-09). The 4th row photo was taken in Samburu NP-Kenya (7-18); the 5th row, in Engikaret (3-19); the 6th row, Oldonyo Sambu (7-20; and the 7th row, Engikaret (9-20), all courtesy of Per Hoimen. The 8th row, Monduli (8-21) is courtesy of Amos Pampy Hardecker and the bottom bird was seen in Kidapash-Shambarai (1-22). Note the dark eyeline, light supercilium and light belly which distinguish it from the red-faced crombec.
