The eastern bronze-naped pigeon is mainly seen in highland forests. The right upper photo was takem in the Dlinza Forest in KwaZulu-Natal (1-09), courtesy of Mike Graham; the bottom photo, in the Magamba FR-West Usambaras (8-17), courtesy of Per Holmen; the other photos, in the Nou Forest (1-11). The white half-collar of the male on the lower nape is visible in the upper images; the female in the lower photos lacks the collar.
