The African quailfinch is a small short-tailed waxbill. The left upper African quailfinch was photographed at Nanja Dam (10-06), courtesy of Anabel Harries. The right 2nd row bird was on the Kinangop Plateau-Kenya (1-23), courtest of Per Holmen. The lower photos were taken in Ngorongoro Crater (7-13), courtesy of Joseph Morlan. The others were photographed in Olasiti and Nanja Dam.
