The Sokoke scops-owl may be seen in the coastal forests of Kenya and in the east Usambara Mountains in northeastern Tanzania. Both color morphs are seen in the upper photo. Both photos were taken in the Arabuko-Sokoke Forest-Kenya, courtesy of Per Holmen. |
