The upper five grey wagtail photos were taken in Arusha NP (upper & right 2nd row: 11-07; others 3-13). The netted bird was photographed in the Udzungwa Mountains (1-91), courtesy of Dr. Louis A. Hansen. The lower four birds were photographed in the Amani FR, the Magamba Forest-West Usambaras and Arusha NP, all courtesy of Per Holmen. The other photos were taken in Arusha NP. Uncommon, the grey wagtail is a palearctic migrant usually seen by fast flowing streams from September to March. |
