The barred warbler is a palearctic migrant in East Africa from October to April. The upper adult was seen on the western slope of Mt. Meru, courtesy of Colin Beale. The immature in the lower four photos was seen in Kekesio, courtesy of Paul Oliver. Note the pale yellow eyes.
