The red-winged warbler is similar to the tawny-flanked prinia but with rufous wings and lacking the supercilium. It is uncommon in bushed grassland. The upper bird was photographed in Dar es Salaam (1-17), courtesy of Per Holmen. The other photos were taken in Gendagenda (2-08).
