The Rubeho warbler is found in highland forests in the Rubeho–Ukaguru Mountains in Tanzania. This species, having earlier been included in the closely related Winifred's warbler, was first described in 2009. This photo was taken in the Ukaguru Mountains (12-21), courtesy of Abdul Al-Habesha.
