The Kilombero weaver is a central Tanzanian endemic found in marshes and seasonally flooded grassland in the vicinity of Ifakara. Note that the dark V-neck is edged in brown and that the female has a bi-coloured bill. These photos were taken in the Kilombero swamp near Ifakara.
