The dapple-throat or dappled mountain robin is an Eastern Arc Mountains endemic. It is the only species in the monotypic genus Arcanator. Both birds were photographed in the Udzungwa Mountains, the upper by Dr. Louis A. Hansen; the lower by Per Holmen.
