The first three slideshow photos of a female Eurasian marsh harrier, seen at Ngorongoro Crater (3-09), show the cream-coloured head and the v-shaped pattern of the wings in flight. All of the photos taken on the Momella Lakes are of one individual. The upper two photos above were taken in Silale swamp (2-10). The large flight photo (Lake Manyara, 3-17) is courtesy of Karine Van der Vurst. The female in the photo immediately above was also seen in Tarangire (2-15), courtesy of Hanna Nyman; click it to see more.
